PACKAGE INCLUSIONS

The above package prices approximate prices based on the inclusion of the following items.  Final package price will be determined based on your exact travel dates and airfare needs:

EACH PACKAGE PRICE LISTED ABOVE INCLUDES:

  • Lodging for the specified number of night for the number of guests listed.  (Single Occupancy = 1 guest; Double Occupancy = 2 Guests; Triple Occupancy = 3 Guests);

  • Direct Airport Transfer to/from the PUJ Airport to Paradisus Palma Real Resort & Spa;

  • All-Inclusive Amenities at Paradisus Palma Real Resort & Spa [wifi, alcoholic drinks, non-alcoholic drinks, food, 24 hour room service ($5 service fee per order not included), in-room mini bar, water sports, resort entertainment, beach, pool, etc. included];

  • Dominican Republic Tourist Card (required to enter the country);

  • Airfare to/from PUJ airport from your point of origin.  (note that airfare is projected in package but is subject to change based on each guests travel variables)

  • Attendance at wedding related activities;

  • Associated local taxes and fees

PACKAGE NOTES

  1. OCCUPANCY LEVEL - Occupancy is defined as the number of people in a room.  Single - 1 Adult, Double - 2 Adults, Triple - 3 Adults.  You can request king bed room type or double bed room type at booking.

  2. PRICING - All prices listed above are per person.  (I.E. - if two adults are sharing a Paradisus Junior Suite Room for three nights, each person would pay the Double Occupancy Price for Three Nights under Paradisus Juniors Suite as listed above).  All prices listed are projected as starting point prices and are subject to change based on your travel criteria (airport of departure, dates of travel, airline preference, etc.).  We will work with you to provide you with the best available prices for your packages and present you will all variable options based on your individual needs.  

  3. RESORT POLICY - The Resort does not allow four guests per room unless one or more of the guests are children.  A maximum of three adults per room is allowed.  Kids 12 and under are free (resort lodging only).  13 years or older are categorized as an adult.  

  4. OUT OF BLOCK POLICY - Any guest not staying within the wedding group block and/or off resort will be required to pay a daily resort access fee to attend any wedding related activities on resort. 

  5. PAYMENT PLAN / DEPOSIT - Payment plans are arranged individually.  Deadline dates for payments are structured to cater to each individual person versus a standard blanket payment plan process for everyone.  A deposit of $150 per person is required to confirm a package booking.  Additional deposit amount will be required to secure airfare.  

  6. PAYMENT DEADLINE - Final Payments are due May 15th, 2018 on all packages.  

  7. PAYMENT METHODS - Payments may be remitted by money order, cashiers check, personal check, and credit card.  Credit Card payments are subject to credit card provider processing fees.  

  8. RESORT CREDIT - The Resort credit (up to $1500) comes in the form of vouchers valid only for on resort use.  Credit does not include excursion vouchers or other off-resort amenities.  If you desire off resort activities, we can gladly assist you in arranging with trusted local vendors.

  9. ROOM TYPES - Additional room types and lengths of stay can be offered upon request.
