WARREN D. ISENHOUR
President & Founder
The visionary behind the company, Warren ventured out on his own in 2013 to found I.I. With a background that includes recreation and athletics, sports management, political campaign management, higher education governance, and public health, Mr. Isenhour has worked in various settings that have prepared him for to launch his own company. He has planned and managed events for over two decades ranging in size from 5-10 people up to events eclipsing 20,000 attendees. He is well versed in the industry and in well known for his networking skills and relationship building. The perfect combination of skills to make him a successful Meeting Planner.
JAMES E. MASON
Special Events Manager
James has over 15 years of event management experience working with Asurion, LLC, Middle Tennessee State University, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Mt. Zion Baptist Church, and a number of other organizations. James has developed skill sets that include set and production design, Audio / Visual expertise, Food and Banquet services, and general special event services. He is a native of Covington, TN and a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University.
R. KEITH BELTON
Director of Client Services
Keith Belton has over twenty years of business and non-profit management experience. After obtaining his MBA in Marketing from Indiana University he worked twelve years in brand marketing management roles at Kraft Foods, LP Building Products, & Sara Lee. Keith led consumer segmentation research, product launches and advertising campaigns for Kraft Brand Salad Dressing, Hanes, and Hanes Her Way. In 2007 Keith moved from the Business to the Non-Profit sector, helping non-profit and educational institutions secure funding necessary to fulfill missions. Keith has raised over $7 million in funds for these organizations. Keith also brings a wealth of event and logistics management having worked with a number of youth groups across the United States.
KRISTAL BROWN
Special Events Manager
Kristal is a native of New York City and has worked in various special event capacities across North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and Virginia. Her background is in Public Health but Kristal has diversified her skill sets by working with a number of conference groups, specifically focused around youth and sports.
KENNETH WORLES
Director of Marketing & Brand Management
Kenneth has a wealth of knowledge and expertise beginning with his educational achievements at Middle Tennessee State University in Advertising and Marketing. Kenneth is one of the preeminent "communication architects", period, whose background includes working with the City of Memphis, Memphis Bar Association, Memphis Urban League, Alabama A&M University, Carver Communications, and a long list of political campaigns. His diversity across politics, city government, corporate, university, and associations serves I.I. well as he continues to provide our clients with first rate marketing, brand managment, communications, and graphical services.
