Here at I.I., we like to talk about what makes us different and better than the competition.  Its a confidence in ourselves that we will give you the best product and services possible.  Some of the key things that make us different are:

 

• Relationships - This is not your cable company.  We pride ourselves on building longstanding relationships and partnerships with our clients.  Your not just our 9 to 5.  You are the reason we are here.  Every day is about meeting your needs and producing the best possible results for you.  Our goal is to maintain relationships with our clients throughout the year and not just during the few days of their event.
   

• Networks - The backbone of our ability to meet the needs of our clients.  Everywhere we travel and work we build and establish relationships.  From the Convention and Visitor Bureau partners to hoteliers and all the way down to the print shops or service workers.  We build "relationships" and maintain "networks" with industry professionals across the globe so that when you need us to make a connection for you in the remote regions of this country or world, we will know someone and already have that door opened, for you.
   

• Expertise - From the top down, we offer staff that are overly qualified to provide you the skills you need.  We continue to focus on continuing education to make ourselves better equipped to serve our clients.  We stay on the cutting edge through professional development conferences and trainings and always look to stay a step ahead of the competition.
   

• A to Z - Many Event Management companies focus heavily on delivering you site selection and only the A's to D's.  At I.I., we stick with you all the way to "Z" and beyond.  Once the contract is signed there is still a lot of work to be done.  We don't want to leave you alone in that process.  We want to help you navigate it and make your events as successful as possible.
