Calling Pi Nu Brothers Near & Far,

35 Years holds special meaning for us as we had to delay our celebration due to Covid.  But as fate would have it, it allows us an golden opportunity to join together a year later to honor both our founding and a founder who has given a tireless career to the support of students at Appalachian State University!

On September 2-5, 2021 we invite everyone to join us in Charlotte, NC and as we celebrate 35 years of brotherhood and also recognize 40 years of service with a Retirement Celebration for Brother Willie Fleming.  Labor Day Weekend 2021 promises to be a great one as we have the opportunity to watch the Mountaineers live in action as they Kick off the 2021 Football season against ECU in Bank of America Stadium, enjoy various opportunities of fellowship and fun with the brothers of Pi Nu, and also gather with ASU alumni of all eras and organizations in celebration of Brother Fleming's Retirement and years of service to ASU.  It will be a special weekend that you do not want to miss.

HOST HOTEL

We are proud to partner with the Hilton University Place Charlotte as our host hotel for lodging and several of our events.  We have a room block arranged at a negotiated group rate of $119.  Please use the "BOOK A ROOM" menu button to the left to book your room in the host block.  Given the very busy weekend in Charlotte and prevailing room rates, you will want to take advantage of this very low rate while available.  We have limited room block inventory so book today.  Parking is complimentary at hotel

REGISTRATION

We ask all brothers planning to attend to register using the "REGISTER" menu button to the left.  The Registration fee is $150.00 per brother and includes:  Access to the Pi Nu Basketball outing Friday; Appetizers at Welcome Mixer Friday Evening; Lunch, Football, and access to the Champion's Suite at Top Golf on Saturday; Support for the Fleming Retirement Celebration on Saturday; Entrance to the 35th After Party Saturday; Breakfast during the Pi Nu Brotherhood activity Sunday morning; and a commemorative 35th Anniversary Gift to remember the occasion.  

*Note Registration Fee will reflect a 3.8% processing fee for the Credit Card Processing*

NOT INCLUDED:  Game tickets to the ASU v. ECU Game; Alcoholic beverages at any scheduled events; any outings or activities not outlined above.

ITINERARY

The weekend itinerary is available in the menu button above.  We encourage brothers to arrive on Thursday and enjoy the football game and fellowship.  Any adjustments or changes to the itinerary will be updated here and communicated out.
