  • Hotel Pool, we will use this for fellowship, gathering, and fun early on Friday morning / afternoon

  • We will meeting in the Lobby Bar for the Welcome Reception for Brothers.  We will also have access to the Patio (reserved for us) for fellowship outdoors and for brotherhood smoke)


Event Space Registration

Saturday, September 4th, 2021

As needed

  • The Midway Room on Lower Level where meeting space is located is available to use to use for event registration and check in.  It has three bay windows as well as other space inside of it for storage, check in, etc.  It is located along the entry hallway to the University Ballroom.  Perfectly located for a one-way flow of arrivals.  In the pictures you see how the corner turns around the Midway space with two bays on front and one on side.  The hall has a slight shift around the room but continues straight to the Ballroom


University Ballroom

Saturday, September 4th, 2021

6:00pm - 2:00am

  • This will be the main event space for the Pre-Reception and Main Program of the Fleming Celebration as well as the after social space.  The room was not fully open at time of photos so in the photos with the banquet rounds you see three sections and in the photo of the classroom tables you see two sections.  The East and West walls are 51.9' and the North/South walls are 114.3' with 14' ceilings.  The East wall is the wall with windows.  We want to maximize the windows so this will be the rear of room and we will run the Stage, Video Screen, etc along the West wall.  This will give optimal set up and allow for the best feel/orientation of the rooms.  The entry doors to the room are on the South Wall with five separate doors.  One set will be closed off for Back of House behind the stage and pipe and drape so there will be four entry points.  The North wall is access to the Service areas and kitchen.  


Decor Information

Captured a few pictures of items available to us or that will help us in decor planning:

  • The furniture shown (Couch, End Chairs) is available to use if we would like to use within the ballroom for any VIP set Up. They have two sets of this furniture plus another chair or two.

  • The Leather Bench seating is also available to use.  They only have 8-10 of these but we can use all within the set up as we see fit.

  • There is a picture of their staging available and we can orient it to 1' or 2' heights.  The images shows about all I think we will need for the program participants.

  • I have a picture of the carpet in the room for purposes of seeing what the flooring looks like.

  • I also have an image of the lighting fixtures that are within the ballroom.  


Harris Room

Sunday, September 5th, 2021


  • This is the space to be used for the breakfast.  The buffet will be served from the restaurant that is across the hall from this room.  The room will be set with a podium and rounds for us to enjoy breakfast and fellowship.  The curtains were closed in the image but we can open them if we want.  They windows are a view of the pool area.
